    Cancellations & Refunds Policy

    While we will accommodate any cancellations by patients or students, any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of a booking will incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the below:
    • Non-refundable deposit for treatment or training.
    • Where notice is provided to us on the day of the booking – 75% of treatment or training cost fee.
    • Where notice is provided to us within 48 hours of a booking – 50% treatment or training cost fee.
    • Where notice is provided to us within 24 hours – 25% of treatment or training cost fee.
    • Where notice is provided to us within less than 24 hours – not entitled to a refund for treatment or training.

    Please call us with at least 72 hours notice if you want to change or cancel your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    In the case, we agree to cancel your booking we will refund you within 7 days the amount of any appointment, in the case we do not accept your cancellation you will not be entitled to a refund.
